Welcome to Revaulted Streetwear! Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website (the "Site"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced here.

1. Legal Eligibility

Revaulted Streetwear specializes in pre-owned, vintage, and secondhand items.

Important Notices:

  • All products are sold "as-is", without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • Vintage items may have defects, wear, or other signs of age. Such imperfections are not considered defects warranting a refund.

  • Buyers assume full responsibility for the use and handling of items purchased.

We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of purchased goods, including but not limited to fabric sensitivities, manufacturing defects, or misuse.

3. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, photographs, pricing, or other content is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse orders based on incorrect information.

4. Payment Terms

All transactions must be completed using the payment options we provide.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, especially if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated fraudulently will be treated as theft and may be pursued to the fullest extent of the law, including reporting to authorities and credit bureaus.

5. Shipping, Risk, and Customs

We ship worldwide unless stated otherwise.

Once a package leaves our hands (i.e., is picked up by the carrier), risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer.
We are not liable for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, customs duties, taxes, or seized shipments.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure all shipping and billing information is correct before checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
We do not guarantee refunds or returns except as expressly provided for under our policy.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be discarded without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All photographs, logos, product descriptions, graphics, designs, and written content on this Site are the exclusive property of Revaulted Streetwear unless otherwise credited. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

We do not claim ownership over any third-party brand names referenced (e.g., Nike®, Adidas®, etc.); all trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVAULTED STREETWEAR, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

  • USE OF OUR SITE OR PRODUCTS

  • ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN CONTENT

  • LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED THROUGH USE OF OUR PRODUCTS

YOU AGREE THAT OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NEVER EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revaulted Streetwear and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from:
