  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • We offer both domestic and international shipping options.

  • Estimated delivery times:

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for any reshipment fees.

  • Revaulted Streetwear is not responsible for delays due to customs.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, it is considered the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes internationally.

  • Some items may be restricted in certain countries. Please verify that your order complies with local import regulations.

8. Combined Orders

If you place multiple orders to the same address, we may combine them into one shipment to save materials and reduce shipping costs.
If you prefer orders to be shipped separately, please let us know immediately after purchase.

9. Delivery Issues

If your order is returned to us as "undeliverable" or "refused," we will contact you.
You may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
